The managers are either family or friends of the higher ups. That's why they're protected and usually have no experience or training for the position 🤔

This is also a reason why more workers are loyal to themselves and not to their employers. Why give your loyalty to a company that doesn’t value you as an employee? It doesn’t make sense.

Factsss!!! Most times the managers are intimidated by the ppl working under them so they decide to mistreat them. An the higher ups could hear about it and do nothing smh. U speaking truth!

Toxic manager are good at acting and manipulating in front of their bosses. And their boss, usually senior management don't walk the ground. That's why it manifest and this problem will go on forever.
