Ah yes, n=15 20-somethings in a study. Sounds like a perfect study for a physician to be hyping on TikTok 👍👍👍

25-30 grams is a huge dose, 1 gram/10kg of body weight is efficient for daily use. Make sure to also drink a gallon of water a day while taking creatine

What’s the adverse effect of this? I know some creatine container say to take around 5G of creatine but this study says 25-30g? Was this 1 dose of 25-30g or multiple over a period of time? Doesn’t this raise questions for someone who may take this the wrong way and start taking a large amount than the suggest dose?

As someone who is pretty consistent on diet, exercise and creatine. When I miss creatine (travel for work and forgot it) I notice the biggest difference. And feel great as soon as I get back on it

Would you see even greater benefits with normal sleep or do you need to be sleep deprived to see maximum benefits
