Guys I ordered one of their 3in 1 curler, iron( I can’t remember the if the third piece was a blow dryer or crimper) for my mom’s birthday and it never worked! I emailed them like 5 times about 2 years ago and never got a response! I still here and there try to call the customer serveice number and always get put on a hold that’s never gets picked back up.
