@ron.capinding: FROM STAGE TO LIFE — 20 YEARS STRONG One of the most ground-breaking visions for theatre has been its essentialness beyond the stage—using theatre exercises to strengthen corporate and institutional goals. Twenty years ago, Voltaire Gonzales (a marketing expert), Joseph dela Cruz (then an HR manager), and I (an acting coach) joined Ricky Abad (theatre director and sociology professor) in founding RolePlayers to bring this vision to life. Since then, we’ve had the privilege of working with numerous organizations, helping them enrich not only their work but also their human connections. As more RolePlayers trainers continue to grow and join the journey, we remain steadfast in championing theatre—not only as an art form, but as a transformative force for life. 20 Years. Countless Stories. One Stage: Life. #TheatreForLife @20 #RolePlayers #theater #teacher #actor
