Eat less frequently but eat protein rich meals to stay full longer. Prioritize walking as exercise because it doesn’t require a lot of energy or calories. Drink at least 3 liters of water a day. Prioritize getting 7-8 hours of sleep. Low impact low intensity workouts like Pilates. Stay constant even on the weekends. Electrolytes, tea, find a hobby or clean to avoid boredom eating. Intermittent fasting
