pareho lang silang nasaktan si fhukerat hindi nya inexpect na magagawa yon ni queendura akala nya ipagtatanggol sya pero at the end hindi naman pala, and for queendura naman masakit mawalan ng kaibigan tas akala din nya maiintindihan ni fhukerat yung sinabi nya kase ng friends "daw" sila. Kung ikaw naman ang nasa isang friendship na nagkabackstaban dahil sa hindi pagkakaunawaan ay nagagawa nyo rin magbati ganon din sila pero yun ay mangyayari lang kung maguusap sila bc of the issue.

"Utang na loob" is toxic for those who overuse it and don't want to recognize their responsibility to give back the favor. If there is mutual agreement of reciprocation, then it's good. If none but you respect the person who helped you or assisted you in any way, then it should be a silent rule that someday you could also extend a helping hand to him/her. It may be the same, but at least you have been in assistance. It's never toxic until it's over done.
