I did a retorque on my 2000s been good for like 5 years. also if you're running the quad zilla the free rev has also had issues with a break up happening. usually dependent on the tune and the timing in the tune

They should be hot retorqued. Really just depends how much power you’re making . If you do it right on a stock truck that doesn’t make a ton of boost It’s whatever .
