I don’t follow when folks say Lorenz works for the same organization that the influencers are in cahoots with. Did that company want to sever ties with them and not honor their contract and so hired Lorenz to write the piece?

I think the thing about this direct attack on Taylor Lorenz is that IF this program was just mentoring, IT IS CLEARLY TERRIBLE AT THAT. Because all these creators are trying to respond to a sourced journalistic article like they’d respond to a random TikTok beef. Like their PR strategy is sooooooo bad.
