After 22 years of living in the Raleigh area, I can’t believe it took me this long to find out about this HIDDEN train museum! 🚂✨ Less than 20 minutes outside of Apex, NC, the New Hope Valley Railway is one of the coolest spots I’ve come across. You can actually ride a vintage train through pine forests, step inside century-old cabooses, and even check out a miniature garden railroad. The best part? 🙌🏽 It’s all volunteer-run, which makes every ticket and visit go right back into keeping local history alive.
