Week 7 done ✅ I don’t know where the time has gone!! It feels like I only started this cut a few weeks ago and now there’s just 1 week left before I move into the 2 week maintenance phase 🤯 This whole process has been such a good reminder of why I love setting goals and sticking to them. It’s pushed me to stay consistent with my habits, even on the days I didn’t feel like it 😅 It’s not just about the physical changes and losing weight, it’s helped me to stick to my habits and feel more confident in myself! Feeling proud of how far I’ve come and excited to lock in for this last week 🙌🏼 #fitnessjourney #discipline #consistencyiskey #healthyhabits #habits
