Great post. China has indeed improved immensely the past 10-20 years. I think all Americans need to pay a visit to China and see how their hybrid system is working, I.e socialism with a splash of communism. You don’t bring 800 million people out of poverty by sticking with strict authoritarianism. You see lots of teeth and happy Chinese in the streets now. Can’t say that 20 years ago.

In America, we just have a very horrible Ponzi scheme economy. its run by banking cartels. our money system is not owned by its government. Its owned by private families and bankers. this is why inflation is so rampant in america, but we never do anything about it. when you mentioned growing our own food that is for damn sure. we need independent sustainable communities that are completely independent of the system.
