A genuine spiritual worker guides you—they do not terrorize you. Your faith should never require you to surrender your money, your body, your safety or your ability to think for yourself. If something feels wrong, step away, seek confirmation from a trustworthy elder and protect yourself. A caballo is still responsible for their actions. Spirituality is NEVER an excuse for abuse.
