But here's what most people miss: Your brain is a targeting system. It finds exactly what you program it to look for. When I was broke? I saw obstacles everywhere. When I was stuck? I saw closed doors at every turn. But then I learned this truth: • Pain is inevitable • Suffering is optional • Focus determines reality So I started a new daily practice: Write 3 wins every morning Find 1 opportunity in every setback Ask "what's good about this?" Document small victories Celebrate others' success Guess what happened? My reality literally transformed. Not because circumstances changed. But because my lens did. So here's your challenge: For the next 24 hours, actively search for what's good. Even if you're hurting. Even if it's hard. Even if you don't believe it. Because what you look for? You'll find.
