The problem in our country is not only about the President, but the whole government under him. A President may have the best intentions, but if governors, mayors, barangay captains, and agencies like DPWH, BIR, and Customs are corrupt or fail to do their duty, nothing will change. Progress will always be blocked when those in power think only of themselves instead of serving the people. But we also cannot ignore the role of the Filipino people. Many of these officials were placed in power by the very citizens who continue to protect and defend them, sometimes for the sake of one family, one alliance, or one interest. This is no longer a battle of colors or political sides. It is about demanding real service, real honesty, and real accountability from every leader in every part of government. True change will only happen when both the leaders and the people choose what is right for the nation.

FYI po. DPWH has research and studies para sa mga need ayusin na areas. Madalas lang, kapag sinabi ng isang elected officials na need gawin ito, wala na silang magawa. Either float or tanggal sila kapag hindi nila sinunod. Yes, they also benefit pero most of the time, si Trapo talaga ang ulo.
