For the last these years, the forth stat was hidden! Correct it’s random when it’s drop but what’s they mean by Never Random is they thought the 4th stat randomly appears when it’s been rolled, not when it’s dropped. So meaning here we all just spent unnecessary mats to roll a hidden fixed stat.

It’s still “random”. The stats randomly generate but whether or not you’re lucky enough to get a 4 liner of 3 liner is what determines if the 4th stat is shown.

Technically speaking it was random bc the set stats an artifact gets are random it’s what makes farming them so painful it’s all about luck 😔
