I had wic and one store I went to didn’t approve salsa (the normal store I went to did). I asked the cashier to put it back. The super kind person behind me told me they’d pay for it❤️. I declined but was so grateful!

I can’t stand people who think helping others is just them looking for hand outs. I’ve been the mom who needed help, working full time and a single mom, with no help from the father. The first time I went to a food bank I cried my eyes out thinking I wasn’t providing enough for my son and also taking away from others, but they hugged me and reassured me that it’s there for anyone that needs it. A year later I was at a better paying job and able to give back and to this day ( my son is now 21, he was 3 at the time ) I always make sure to pay it forward any way I can. You don’t know what people are going through! Just be kind ❤️🙏
