Also depends on the shoe you choose to wear. The heels of Vans, flat shoes, crepe soles..tend to throw the toe out after swing phase/heel landing. Definitely need to align the knee axis as close as natural to your normal gate.

this is one of my biggest fears! losing one, both legs, becoming paralysed... but your videos are so great! and now the one leg is not so terrifying and I can see that life can go on after😊 hope your doing great ♥
