Foundations are what—$30,000 to $50,000? Whole house wiring and electrical box @ $15,000 maybe? Heating and cooling another $15,000? New roof up to $20,000. And then there’s the outside… Driveway, sidewalk, etc. A ghost would be easier.

Step 1: remove everything that isn’t nailed into the foundation. 2: remove all interior door locks. If there’s a basement, fill it with cement. If there’s an attack, fill it with insulation and remove access. 3: buy all the sage in a 5 state area and burn it all non stop, filling every corner from floor to ceiling. 4: get clergy from every faith to come and cleanse whatever is left. 5: don’t kill anyone else in the house.
