500g chicken breast, cubed
200g prawns, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, diced
400g canned chopped tomatoes
1 cup chicken stock
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Cooking Instructions:
Prep Ingredients – Dice chicken, chop veggies, peel prawns.
Sauté Base – Heat olive oil, fry onions & garlic until golden.
Add Chicken – Brown chicken cubes on all sides.
Build Flavour – Stir in peppers, fresh tomatoes, paprika, cumin, chili. Cook 5 mins.
Simmer Sauce – Add canned tomatoes & chicken stock. Simmer 20 mins.
Add Prawns – Stir prawns into pot, cook until pink (5 mins).
Finish & Serve – Season with salt, pepper, garnish with parsley.
