@mamalindacooks: 🌿Korean Pickled Perilla Leaves Ingredients • 2 oz perilla leaves • 1/4 cup rice vinegar • 1/4 cup rice cooking wine • 1/4 cup soy sauce • 1/4 cup sugar • 1 Tbsp Korean hot pepper powder • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds Instructions 1. Rinse and drain the perilla leaves. Let them dry completely and set aside. 2. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients to make the brine. 3. In a clean, airtight container, layer a little brine with 2–3 perilla leaves. Repeat until all the leaves are used. 4. Press down gently so the leaves are fully submerged in the brine. 5.
