@mamalindacooks: 🌿Korean Pickled Perilla Leaves Ingredients • 2 oz perilla leaves • 1/4 cup rice vinegar • 1/4 cup rice cooking wine • 1/4 cup soy sauce • 1/4 cup sugar • 1 Tbsp Korean hot pepper powder • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds Instructions 1. Rinse and drain the perilla leaves. Let them dry completely and set aside. 2. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients to make the brine. 3. In a clean, airtight container, layer a little brine with 2–3 perilla leaves. Repeat until all the leaves are used. 4. Press down gently so the leaves are fully submerged in the brine. 5. Close the lid and refrigerate. The pickled leaves will be ready to enjoy in 1 day. #perilla #koreanfood #koreanrecipe #kdrama
