@pumpi_bumper: Bring back car antenna toppers 🙂 Car antenna toppers—little foam or plastic decorations that sat on the tip of a car’s antenna—became popular novelty items in the late 1980s and hit their peak in the 1990s and early 2000s, often used for branding, sports teams, or just personal flair. They worked well because most cars still had long, visible whip antennas sticking up from the hood or fender. But as car design shifted, traditional antennas started disappearing. Automakers began phasing them out in the mid-2000s, replacing them with shorter “stubby” antennas or integrated “shark fin” designs that sit flush on the roof. By the 2010s, external whip antennas had nearly vanished, and with them, the antenna topper craze mostly faded into nostalgia. For the next 100 days I’ll be posting here with the only goal being to post 100 videos. Give me a follow if you’re interested in the journey. Love yah 💕 #fyp #cars #customize #comedy #bumpersticker
