Ur exactly right.. that’s why I became a slacker and started to doing what they was doing. 35 years of hard work..on my feet 16-20hrs a day..Then this happened to me . so I started to be the lazy one or act slow like I don’t know nothing.. smile with them..

I was at my job for 10 years, new management took over the slackers get to do whatever they want even harass you, plus the management harass you. I quit, my mental health more important than these people.

yup!! I have actually dealt with this. It's crazy. These employees hurt morale and encourages more bad behavior. At my govt agency I work at, we had employees who are now retired, that were infamous for not doing anything "but they volunteer in their church group" and are always talking and not doing their work. I transferred out of offices due to this.

Because they know the slacker doesnt get any work done anyway and if they do it isnt as good as the hard worker. They notice when a hard worker isnt working because they give better results!
