Both the MI & Nutricost has the 0.3% Safranal which to my understanding isn't as effective at managing stress/cortisol/mood as the patented form Affron standardized for 3.5% Lepticrosalides, which includes the 0.3% Safronal + 3.5% crocins. That combination also has a track record with multiple(6 I think) peer reviewed clinical trials. The question is, what third item would you recommend with the more potent/effective form Affron for those with a deeper need for cortisol/stress/mood support? Thank you!! ☺️
