But I truly believe that they picked a lighter skinned half-European black girl to be in katseye because she’s a more digestible version of blackness. They weren’t going to get a black person with dark skin and coarser hair. They were going to go straight for the curls and lighter skin. I say that just to be fr and not to blame manon at all btw🤷🏾‍♀️.

A lot of ppl refuse to accept that almost none of the members are fully non Asian poc like well over half of them are biracial and light skinned except for Lara (which is one person) this is considering the contestants of dream academy too.

Actually no. There was mutiple black girls like Ashley (dark skin) and Angelina (blasian )who were training before the survival show. Then ofc there’s naisha who got dq. Samara got eliminated. And Manon debuted There was also savanna but she chose jyp.
