I find it so strange that his papers were so disorganized, but as soon as you see images of the bathroom, it looks like he scrubbed it down.

I swear his apt was prb never furnished much bc that dude was never there.. if he wasn’t working or in class.. he was prowling & stalking all hours of the night. I mean he drove the Elantra home w his dad so couldn’t fit much in there.. and as we can see his apt bare. He def never had much.

Was interesting to read his improvement plan. Witness statements from staff at WSU said he wasn't attending every day & frequently going in late in the afternoons. Not grading papers from Student's or just routinely giving them high marks & stopped writing critiquing comment's on them too. Interesting also in that improvement plan was that there was nothing about his sexist behaviours towards female's at WSU & being both rude & unprofessional towards staff at WSU.

I think that he got the tickets because he didn’t want to draw anymore attention to the fact that he changed his license plates and registration. I would imagine the parking pass would need to be updated to the new details. And if it’s not in the school’s system, then he’d get ticketed.
