Add some turmeric, it is an antinflammatory and antioxidant and great when paired with ginger. ALSO, use black pepper and some sort of oil (coconut oil) to activate and enhance the effects of the anti inflammatories as it is poorly absorbed in the body on its own!!

That’s beta-carotene which is the precursor to retinol. The better sources of retinol would be animal liver, red meat, and other organ meats. Because they have the retinol which is Vitamin A and not the precursor to it which needs to be converted to Vitamin A
