theyre shooting bcs the riots are escalating. if u think abt it, if the police do not take heavier actions, the riots will be heavier, and js like 1998, they'll start targetting non-related ppl, such as the chinese. they're doing this bcs the people wont stop. its also the dpr's fault for not listening to their own ppl, corrupting the country's money for themselves. imo, both parties has fault
