any tips to help hide cellulite? I recently tried taking the video so I could screenshot poses since I was doing it at home and I has no clue my thighs looked like that!!! but I noticed it's alot less noticeable during different movement in the video so...???

my knees are very bad and I CANNOT sit like that. I am a plus size girl and really wanna do some of these at home. what other poses can I do that don't require me to bend my knees like that?
