I already tell myself this every day I say it way more negatively. Im working on letting go of what we’re “our” things. And just making them my things im not gonna stop liking something because he comes to mind. I did a solo road trip saw MOUNTSINS and canyons for the first time. I just sang out songs. Shed tears, laughed my ass off. I felt the air and earth and take in that nurturing energy. I just kept thanking the Earth. But I call the Earth “Mother”. I still didn’t let go now i keep battling myself. But more and more every day i choose myself. It’s just days like this are mf hard. Hes like harder to quit than when I quit fentanyl. And it serves no purpose but putting myself down and getting mad at him.
