It might be your back. My hip started hurting I went to the Dr so many times then it went to my knee I squatted down at Walmart to get something on the bottom shelf I couldn’t get back up I had to roll over on the floor to get up got worse went to a sports medicine Dr they found out it was my back. Sending blessings
