problem is you need to buy land which is another 100 grand or more. land is mental right now. then you need pay to make the land livable with plumbing and electricity it's doesn't stop at 71k.

You guys realize it doesn't end there ya? You need LAND, WATER line & ELECTRICITY hooked up, sounds cheap in theory but isn't.. they always fail to mention that part in these types of ads.
