Leanne McBride :
problem is you need to buy land which is another 100 grand or more. land is mental right now. then you need pay to make the land livable with plumbing and electricity it's doesn't stop at 71k.

Why is something so small so expensive?!?! You’d have more room in a trailer for the same price

Am I the only one who thinks that $70k is a reasonable price for that? 😅

First time home buyers should be considering these types of options. Traditional single family homes are too expensive for many. It seems like a good way to get out of your parents home.

This is exceptionally well laid out! Honestly this might be the nicest tiny home I've seen in YEARS of haunting tiny home design pages, well done:>

You guys realize it doesn't end there ya? You need LAND, WATER line & ELECTRICITY hooked up, sounds cheap in theory but isn't.. they always fail to mention that part in these types of ads.

People are delusional. These are the same who will spend 100k on a fifth wheel that's built cheaply. The craftsmanship alone is worth the price. It's beautiful.
