I'm sorry to say, even if Khloe was not the one sending the texts, she clearly was a bully. Even her friends said "she wasn't a nice person" and Andrea broke my heart because you can see she had been bullied by Khloe ... And her parents kept making excuses for her. I don't think that girl is innocent even if she didn't send the texts.
