Take a support ticket: "I was charged twice and I need this fixed right now." Your app only needs three answers: → Which team? Billing. → Is it urgent? Yes. → Should a human step in? Yes. A normal chatbot writes you a polite essay, and your code has to dig those answers back out of it. Slow, expensive, and easy to get wrong. Jev, a new AI model from TypeSafe AI, skips the essay. You give it the situation and the possible answers, and it picks one, with a score for how sure it is. Like filling in a multiple-choice sheet instead of writing an essay.
