Everyone is saying wrongful termination however this is a matter of not being a culture fit and taking direction from leadership. If both of those indicators are not taken seriously, then there is no room in the space for a person like this and as a company they hold all the cards and are paying you if you can’t make those adjustments in your wardrobe then maybe it’s best for you to find a job where you can be a hottie office siren. It’s their company and their money. Just my opinion ✨

I think she mentioned she was in California. California is a fire at will state. They don't even have to give a reason to fire you, don't have to have a paper trail, don't have to give you notice. it's legal.
