@c0o0k: #ترفل التمر 🍫 **المكونات:** * 22 حبة تمر * 1 كوب فستق (أو بندق) * ½ كوب جوز هند مبشور * 1.5 ملعقة كبيرة كاكاو * 2 ملعقة كبيرة سمسم محمص **طريقة التحضير:** 1. انزعوا النوى من التمر وانقعوه في ماء ساخن لمدة 3–4 دقائق. 2. أخرجوه من الماء ثم اطحنوه مع الكاكاو والبندق. 3. أضيفوا جوز الهند والسمسم، وامزجوا جيدًا (من الأفضل العجن باليد بدل الملعقة). 4. قسّموا الخليط إلى 20 قطعة متساوية، ثم شكّلوها ككرات. 5. غلّفوها بالكاكاو. إذا لم يلتصق الكاكاو جيدًا، يمكن تبليل الكرات قليلًا بالماء ثم تغليفها. النتيجة: وصفة سهلة جدًا ولذيذة 😋 جربوها وبالهنا والعافية! 🙋🏻‍♀️🤗 --- ### **In English:** **Date Truffles 🍫** **Ingredients:** * 22 dates * 1 cup hazelnuts * ½ cup shredded coconut * 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder * 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds **Preparation:** 1. Remove the pits from the dates and soak them in hot water for 3–4 minutes. 2. Take them out and blend together with cocoa powder and hazelnuts. 3. Add coconut and sesame seeds, then mix well (better to knead by hand rather than with a spoon). 4. Divide the mixture into 20 equal portions and shape into balls. 5. Coat them with cocoa powder.
