I have what's called crepatus. it sounds like twisting an empty water bottle. I have it both knees but i also have a bakers cyst in my left knee, well... behind it

Dislocated knee is what you got girl. I’ve got it too since I was like freakin 7 happened last week at a wedding right at the end getting into the car. For me it’s an ongoing thing. It’s with me for life.

That sounded like ACL injury I did in my left knee. I had a brace and crutches for 6 months but now I can’t feel anything in my knee. Hyper mobility can be so horrible sometimes

Yup hypermobility here and that happens to me all the time aches for days after lil rest and ibuprofen helps, ice helps as well knee gotten worse after a dislocation happens more regularly now on my right knee (dislocated one)

That was just a click. They do hurt. I have to do that because I dislocated my right knee twice. Second time luckily popped itself back in went to lewes hospital to get it checked. And the dr said if I dislocated it again third time might not be so lucky.

Both my do this quite a lot and its been happening quite a lot over the years. on the video your knee didn’t look in at all so it might fully dislocated and you have put it back in place properly they’ve probably put you in the splint to keep your leg in the same position for a while just until your ligiments and tissue has healed as it will have weakened xx

Yep that happens to me after a subluxation it will be aching a lot now for at least a few days. Ibuprofen and ice helps also I have these heat sticky patches I wear at night after this that are knee shaped and numb it up so I can sleep I highly recommended I got them on TikTok they are green in colour but don’t remember the name sorry 😬

Did that twice in a month on my right knee held it for so long both times until it clocked back into place. Pt says you need to relax in order to have it go back. It hurt worse than actually tearing my acl 🙂

I have the same thing ! Hyper mobility is a killer 🥲🥲 use ice and heat pads pretty much all the time and wear a brace when it’s too bad and painful but it’s manageable x

Subluxated my left kneecap 3 weeks ago just by walking down the stairs… got seen by initial physio and said both my tendons over my kneecaps might as well not be there… been in a brace for the last few weeks and waiting to be referred to MSK at my local hospital for full on physio and potential injections/needle therapy to stimulate and rebuild the tendons. Sucks that hypermobility needs are never met until shit gets bad! Get yourself back in the doctors and push for a referral for proper help xx
