Finasteride and dutasteride are far more effective DHT blockers. Pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto might help but they will NOT stop the shedding completely

The study from 2014 on pumpkin seed oil, if you look up the methods, the supplement they used contained lots more components than just pumpkin seed oil. The title of the article and phrasing of results are very misleading

dht blockers will mostly help preserve what you have. they’re not gonna grow back new hair in a large amount. you need minoxidil for this. that’s why you take that AND a dht blocker

this isn't directed at you personally but I dont like all these tiktoks that are anti minoxidil because its not a cure and doesnt tackle the route cause, my hair loss is genetic, it is inevitable so minoxidil is realistically my only choice other than wigs

Menoxidil is not a dht blocker it hair growth treatment. Of course Menoxidil works great together with a DHT blocker

The things is all natural alternatives will not be as strong as the medication. Not only this but using dht blockers doesn’t regrow your hair, it just stops further loss. If you want to regrow your hair and stop further loss then you need a two step approach
