This is a called a "parasite" in SEO and can be considered a grayhat method to rank stuff that otherwise doesn't rank. But you're totally right, any SEO guy worth his salt knows about these and plenty of others.

It works like a charm if you make the main topic as a question. I believe its called People Also Ask (PAA) and it generates AI Overview in the search query. Businesses doesnt know it yet but generative content with well site structure will be in favour by Google. Ive seen it with my clients sites and its powerful once you know how to structure it well.

If you care about long term seo growth don’t do that. This may be considered as gray hat seo and soon be removed from SERP, also there’s a chance that your website can get demoted in search.
