Ignore my absolutely obliterated broccolini at the end 😭 These jalapeno cheddar turkey burgs were 10/10  For the burger: Bun Turkey burger Slice of cheddar Lettuce Tomato Avocado Avocado ranch  Sliced jalapenos  Jalapeno Cheddar Turkey Burger Ingredients: 1 lb turkey 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 egg 1 large jalapeno, diced 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder A few tbsp jalapeno sauce (I got it from Trader Joe’s) Slice of cheddar cheese (add while cooking) Method: -Add all ingredients except cheddar cheese to a bowl and mix until combined.  -Form into burger patties. I usually make 4 burgers out of 1 lb of meat.  -Heat up some olive oil in a pan over medium high heat. Once hot, add your patties. Cook for about 4 minutes before flipping. Cook for another 3 minutes before adding a slice of cheese. Cover and let cook for another minute or so, or until the meat thermometer reads 165 degrees internal temperature.  -Assemble your burger with the toppings, avocado ranch, and enjoy! Avocado Ranch: 1/4 cup mayo 1/4 cup buttermilk 1/4 cup sour cream Additional buttermilk or milk (to add at end to get desired consistency) 1/2 avocado 1 jalapeno (make sure to taste first to gauge spice level and adjust if needed) Small bunch fresh fill Small bunch fresh chives Small bunch fresh cilantro  4 cloves garlic Juice of 1/2 lime Salt and pepper, to taste Blend all ingredients except for the additional milk/buttermilk until smooth.
