Police should never be allowed to be involved in surveys or disputes. They are untrained to do so. It’s civil and code enforcement if a building or out building is over a survey line.

The only paperwork that’s actually legal as far as property lines, would be the survey. The plot map is not accurate. The maps in the accessors office are not accurate. Only the survey map.
