Cops should know the US Constitution like their SS number, date of birth, their kids, siblings, parents names, and their mother maiden name. l'm not saying they should know it by heart, but should know all 27 amendments and the meaning of each one. They took an oath to uphold it. Sadly 90% couldn't tell you the 5 elements of the 1st amendment. The 1st, 4th, and 5th they should know by heart since those 3 are the ones they violate the most. They should just raid of cops swearing an oath to the US Constitution to become a cop since 95% never honor it.
