My worst theory is that if Tessa was still alive (because she WAS) even after being skinned by the solver, and was practically (as shown in her recent song) begging the solver to let her die due to the pain of not getting any rest from all the suffering from her friends and all that, when Cynessa (the solver) was basically acting as Tessa and was treating N and J with love and care as shown in the V sacrifice episode, those moments might have been the only ones where Tessa was truly happy for once again in years since she was seeing through Cynessa's eyes how her friends were doing and that even after all, they still loved her, even thinking she was still alive.
