this is so not done in our democratic nation. these so called Ministers are elected by the general public and on being asked question, we need to be arrested ?? Why was the water not tested and tried before distributing in the mass public for drinking. The water pipeline goes through drainage and thus contaminated. Water Minister and Mayor should take moral responsibility for this.

The news was published about that diseases then all the people should be conscious. Yah she has right to get the information about the water and the purity of water supply in her area from the information department of ministry of water or whatever not from the minister . And the way she is talking to the minister is not appropriate. He is water minister of whole nepal not only for her area. For this she should Talk from the DPHO (District public Health officer)of her district or Health inspector. Not with water minister.
