This is true. I’m already seeing benefits of regular sauna, red light therapy and cryotherapy in my ability to be more resilient, energetic, sweat and sustain myself for longer durations. I’m not a doctor simply being more intentional with daily heat to sweat before and after a workout helps to maintain and sustain myself body heat and moderate my energy and breathing and ability to be resilient. I do each. Imagine that.

May also be that the majority of people who go to Saunas live a healthy life style. As in 🇦🇺 we generally don’t have a Sauna at home and are at the Gym. I go 3 times a week between the weight sessions. Amazing results.

I don't know why people are so surprised when they find out that CIRCULATION AND FLOW contribute to health. we need flushing and clearing of our systems so toxins don't concentrate in places. It can be sweating through sauna use or sweating through exercise, but I believe exercise to be better as it makes more flow through the blood system too.
