Her complete mouth system didn’t work for me. I tried it for less than a month and had to stop because it made my gums sore and got a canker sore, which I had never had those issues until I tried her system. I googled it and I found that it says this can happen because it is not recommended to use 3 different mouth rinses. For reference, I don’t have any issues with my teeth, just wanted to try this since it sounded so good but it didn’t work for me.

Ive been using your system for a year in November. i still have stains inside my lower teeth from coffee. How do they go away? I switched to the Miswak sticks you recommend about 4 months ago & still brush about once a week with your flossing tooth brush with xylitol paying particular attention to the stains but they are still there. Please advise 🙏 thanks

I’m sorry but this doesn’t work if you haven’t periodontitis. You have to use interdental brushes on a daily basis to remove plaque. Please don’t assume you can go without flossing at the very least. There is a build up of bacteria inbetween teeth and by simply brushing we are just cleaning the surface.

me and my sisters started using the complete mouth system that you recommend, and one of my sisters asked if it is good to scrape her tongue after brushing her teeth because she says that when I scrape the tongue it is cleaner and she cannot do without it even with the complete care routine.
