What tools or platforms do you recommend for fine-tuned models and RAG? Is it custom GPTs, Gems, or similar, or something more technical? Building something with a large knowledge base (many docs) is something my agency is experimenting with right now. We’re using Pinecone for RAG, but have to rely on dev to work with the database.
