I have a 2 year old I been telling him no since he was born and I feel like the more I tell him no the more he wants to do it, while he's looking at me he will do what I just told him no to, am I doing this wrong cuz hes a ball of energy and he loves to get a reaction from me

Eeek, I’m not sure about this…I like to reserve the word “no” for things that are dangerous so that it activates the “fight or flight” in baby for future use. Babies need redirection and adults need to adjust their homes to be childproof while the babies are tiny to prevent them from “getting into things”.
