Seems like mom is doing retaliatory taking his phone cuz her husband went to jail. He doesn’t need to speak to the lawyer. He’s the victim.

so she keeps saying he’s in trouble for not giving her the phone…. but she’s taking the phone because he won’t help her get her husband out of jail. so sounds like she is in trouble over the husband.

She didn’t take his phone, Xbox, scooter etc. cause he was high, skipping school, being disrespectful BUT he’s a victim in this case and now his mom is retaliating against him for not saying it was a lie to get the charges dropped I feel like that’s victim intimidation

Idk the whole story, but if my son thought that he was going to come and go as he pleased when he’s supposed to be in summer school, AND he’s getting high, that wouldn’t happen. Sounds like there needs some disciplinary measures taken. I’m with Mom on that.

I hear that the son did something but what did she do? I hate when parents just send their kids away instead of doing their job . They need family therapy and regulated control , it’s obvious that she is only ever complaining and paying attention to everyone but him, no positive attention this is what happens
