Rigevidon made me demonic, I've been sterilised now but the luteal phase is SO bad. Try antihistamines the 3rd week of your cycle, changed my life! 😊

When I came off mine I got acne for about 6 months, after this is went away. its because your hormones are in overdrive from being suppressed from the pill, once your hormones are regulated again everything will calm down, all the best

Do you wear compression socks on a plane lovely? I am pregnant and they recommended it due to blood clots etc so could be helpful for you!💗

your skin/hair etc will just be your hormones re adjusting it could take a few months if you've been on the pill for a long time

I’m on the same pill and m gynaecologist switched me from taking it for 3 weeks with a weeks break to 3 months with a weeks break and all these symptoms started happening to me too 🤦🏻♀️

I was on the same pill as you most recently. Been on diff ones since age 16. Came off for a couple of years to see how I’d do… Regular cycles (temperature tracking), and my moods were horrendous in the luteal phase 😭. I’m getting towards mid 30s and am now on the mini pill. I do wonder what long term effects are of all the hormones.

Your body takes about a year to go back to normal. The pill also covers up symptoms of other things going on so maybe look at your diet.

Hey girl! I’ve been on the pill for 10yrs+ and when I came off, my skin started acting up like crazy after half a year and I will say it still isnt as clear as it used to be when I was on it.. also my moods were switching like crazy for a bit, but it settled after a while. I feel like a lot of changes, especially when you take it for so long, but it will be all right like after a while so just you have to go through it then it will be OK🙏🏼😅

Yeah I came off it and my skin was awful, I read that your skin peaks after 6 months and now it’s much better! Also made me so unhappy, my mood is much better now x
