If it’s scrub daddy it’s roughly every month. Any other sponge they only last a week or 2 because you can begin to smell them

Every other week. But I bought silicone sponges on Amazon and they are less likely to get mold and stuff so they last longer. :)

Here is a solve....in my house any dishes that need to be handwashed get washed with a washcloth....throw it in the washing machine EVERY NIGHT.

We buy netted dish sponges from norwex and machine wash them . You could also use dish rags
